RETURN POLICY ONLINE PURCHASES
We want you to love your May & Bahru items and although we have yet to have customers returning their purchase, here's our simple Return/Exchange policy:
- Returns/Exchange must be in brand new condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase
- Returns/Exchange must be postmarked for return within 14 days of the original delivery to you
- Before returning/exchanging a product, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you the return form. Please note that any postage costs for the return are to be paid for by the customer.
Did you make a mistake and want to change your order?
The best way is to email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Please be sure to include your order number and to let us know what changes need to be made. We will be sure to let you know whether we are able to make the requested changes.
