WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS
Shipping within The Netherlands is currently free of charge!
All orders are delivered using registered mail via Post NL. Please note that May & Bahru is not responsible for any delay caused by Post NL.
When your products are in stock, May & Bahru aims to send your order to the given address within 2 working days, after we have received your payment. In case the products you have ordered are custom made for you, we will give you an estimated shipping time via email.
An email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched, all orders will be registered with tracking numbers. Expedited shipping is available upon email request.
Delivered packages will require your signature. If you are unable to take receipt of your package personally, instructions will be left at the delivery address.
Although we take great care in sending our orders, the possibility can occur that orders will not be delivered, or will be delivered incomplete. Once you have received an incomplete order, we kindly request to contact us within 7 days after receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you prefer, you can also collect your products at our studio in Heemstede.
TO SINGAPORE OR ANYWHERE ELSE AROUND THE WORLD
On request, we do ship all over the the world. However, only shipping within The Netherlands is free of charge. Outside of The Netherlands we charge you the mailing rate given by Post NL. Import duties and taxes are sometimes levied by a country's customs and tax authorities. Taxes vary and are calculated on the value of the goods. Payment of all import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon our shipment to the shipping carrier.
